Amazing stay and view

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 had an excellent stay for our vacation. The house was clean and spacious and the pool was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and family and hope to book another stay soon!

well equiped

Nice place, everything you need! Lots of road work in the area but typical of Orlando with the traffic. It could use a deep clean, ceiling fans, under furniture, etc. I would stay there again.

Great Location for most tourist attractions

Absolutely loved staying at this home. Incredibly stocked with just about everything you need while on vacation. The location was perfect for us going to all the disneyworld attractions. LOVED the pool and we were lucky enough to have slight breezes coming off the pond so sitting out by the pool everyday was a pleasure. Would rent this home again and again,

A Relaxing Kissimmee Stay

A very nice relaxing location. I was nice having a private pool. The local ducks were fun to watch. The house was well located, for our activities, while in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic home

We loved this house. It was clean and had everything you needed. The neighbors were very friendly. The host always responded back in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our time there. If we go back to Florida we definitely would go back there .

Beautiful getaway

The House was beautiful and very clean. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the pool. Enjoyed seeing the ducks every day. Thank you for letting us stay at you beautiful house. We would love to return and stay there again.

Great family home in established neighborhood

We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed all the amenities of the home and its proximity to convenient sops. A bit of a drive to the theme parks, but when timed well, we were onsite in 20 minutes. Thanks for making our family trip an enjoyable one!

Beautiful home

The home was perfect for our girls getaway. Pool was beautiful. Location nice and quiet and close to Airport and easy drive to Disney/Universal! House had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

Our family stayed for 11 days and couldn’t have been happier with this property. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was the highlight of our time spent in Orlando considering the heat we experienced in mid July!! After spending the days at the parks it was soooooo refreshing to look forward to returning to the home and cooling off in the awesome pool! The only issue we had was the AC died late in the day but one call to the property manager and she was at the door 8:00am the next morning and it was quickly repaired. Would gladly rebook this property again on another vacation!!

Spring games

We loved the house and location. We were there to watch our daughter play softball at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. The house is only about a mile from the complex which was perfect for us. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable. The AC was not working when we arrived but was fixed the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great relaxation away from it all

Property and location is great! We spent a few days at the Parks and also spent "pool days" at the house. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The property is wonderful! Such a large home, and well-appointed, made it a great stay! We didn't even use the formal dining area nor the formal living room. Internet was good - didn't use the tv. The pool with the lake as a backdrop is lovely! Such a wonderful getaway!

Perfect

I have to say for being my first time renting this way under the circumstances, but I have to say defenetly recommended to anyone. All you have to take is your clothes and food to cook. Host really helpful with certain questions. Loved my family was really happy while there.

Very nice villa

Nice view. Clean pool but it was very cold water. The wants to charge separately to warm the pool. That is not acceptable. She is supposed to give free warm the pool without paying extra. That is the only problem during my stay. Otherwise everything okay.

Chill and Relax

We were thrilled with the accommodation, all the attention to detail. In particular there was nothing we needed to buy to start our holiday. I would say some additional paper towels or toilet paper would be helpful or a reminder that they are not included other than a roll or two to get us started. We did blow a fuse as well so we’re not able to use the dryer on our last day and although my partner is an electrician we could not locate a fuse box. Other than that everything was wonderful. Well worth the fee to have the pool heated for night time use.
