The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything. Keurig coffee maker, 12 cup coffee pot, griddle, mickey waffle maker, complete table settings for 15, outdoor plates and glasses for patio area, silverware for 18, kids plates, cups, trays and plasticware. Mickey and Minnie tea cups, coffee cups for 12, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, new baking, cooking and frying pans, Tupperware, every glass you can imagine right down to white and red wine glasses....nothing has been overlooked! Windsor Hills Slide Project Announcement We are excited to share that the Windsor Hills Slide and Water Park Project is officially scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 13, 2026. To ensure the project stays on schedule, the construction team will be working 7 days a week (weather permitting) throughout the 6-week period. The main pool will remain open and operate under normal hours during the project. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather in late January, and having the pool right at the house was perfect. The house was so clean, and there was space for everyone. The game room allowed our grandchildren many hours of fun. The heated pool and hot tub were well kept and the kids had a great time swimming even in February. .We have stayed in two of the ABC Dreams homes and have been very satisfied each time. Everyone had their own space and plenty to do while at the home. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the pool after some long hot days at the parks. We had a small issue with a clogged toilet, the property manager responded immediately and had it fixed before we returned from Epcot. Beds were very comfy. It had the standard- bedrooms with TVs, pool, kitchen, etc. But there was also an amazing game room that our kids loved, especially the arcade game! It also had lots of extras- a Mickey waffle maker, tons of pans, dishes, and kitchen supplies, beyond some of what other rentals provide. And they provided dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent- so simple, but so appreciated. The privacy surrounding the pool was an amazing addition as well. We have stayed in a variety of houses in Windsor Hills and this has been the best so far. The heated pool and hot tub were the best ever. We had one minor issue (coffee maker didnā€™t work) and it was replaced within the hour. Such service! We would definitely recommend Arielā€™s Grotto to an extended or large family or friend group. We stayed here with 3 adult children and their spouses and 2 young grandchildren. We were very very comfortable. The house is as lovely as pictured. And the hosts have gone above and beyond to make staying here comfortable and easy. Little things like a supply of trash bags, dish washer soap, laundry soap and starter toiletries made an impression. The house was super clean and had absolutely everything anyone would need to cook. There was a great supply of floaties and pool toys including pool volleyball and more!! The house is a block from an adorable park and an easy 5 minute walk to the clubhouse that has an awesome pool and club rooms and a little store. The house an easy drive to Disney.
