We paid extra to heat the pool, and it did meet our expectations. However, the hot tub was colder than the pool and therefore we did not use it. Pictures so privacy landscaping around the pool however, most of the bushes facing the empty lot are gone, and there really is no privacy facing the empty lot. Several days in a row there was dozens of children playing in the empty lot, giving us no privacy. The house sits on a corner and all day long cars were shuffling back-and-forth for those spots people standing there waiting for people to pull in and save the spots for them. Loud music coming from vehicles, etc..We booked this house specifically because it was a corner and had empty lot behind us seeking more privacy. We also were very good on having a game room which fell very short compared to the pictures to flip it online. One there was no standing video game in the garage game room. Pool sticks were not usable, and one dart to play dartboard. We did report this.Also blinds were missing in living room which left big gaps, you could see right inside .If you’re looking to get anywhere on time, this is not the place. The traffic getting in and out of the resort was hideous.
