Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty big enough for our family. It is just a short walk to the club house, resort pool, and lake. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and walking the trail around the lake. Great location. Would go back!

Nice Getaway

My family had to come to town for a wedding. This place was very nice, we didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, but will visit again when I have a chance. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate my family.

Volleyball Nationals Trip

We came for the Nationals tournament and stayed here. Traffic was sometimes a bear and sometimes not but that would be the only complaint I had. The unit was perfect for our family and the community was quiet and had so much to offer! The staff at the gate and the clubhouse were so friendly and kind. They always made us feel welcome after returning from a long day of volleyball. We would recommend this property.

Great location

The property suited us perfectly - it was close to the parks, shops and restaurants. The villa was clean when we arrived and was as described in the advertisement. Contact with the owner was excellent - no question was too insignificant and all were answered quickly. The gated community is very secure and the gate is manned 24hrs a day. The only negative was the bed in the downstairs bedroom really needs updating as it was uncomfortable.

Lovely stay

Lovely clean & spacious villa with all essential facilities & more. A bit far from shops for essential goods like milk, bread, water etc & the nearest supermarket appears to be a car distance away - we didn't hire a car until the second week. I appreciate this is not the fault of the property owner & maybe the reception/bar area coyld consider stocking a few essential products - just a thought! Otherwise everything was perfect & should we Return to Florida, we would be happy to stay here again.

Nice but tired

The property was nice and clean and in a great location. The resort staff were excellent. The property is quite tired and needs updating. The patio area was dirty and had lots of weeds. There was only one sun lounger - in a 4 bed house! One of the chairs was broken. Patio was cleaned and broken chair removed after we mentioned it.The property needs some TLC and wasn’t worth what we were charged for it.

Disney Home Base

The property and amenities were very nice, clean, gorgeous landscaping. We enjoyed using the pool after long days at Disney. About a 25 min drive to the parks. Traffic can get backed up but the property is set back from the congestion. The property is very secure with gate and 24 hour guard. Gate card is $20. Beds are soft and lower to the ground. Be prepared to bring starter coffee, laundry deterdent, paper towels as we were not provided these supplies. There were plenty of towels, dish and hand soap, dishwasher detergent for our short stay. Communication was prompt, check in and out was really easy. Great, affordable stay with plenty of space

Disappointed

House is tired, when we arrived the nay is broken with a panel of netting hanging down and still is, garden furniture not set out just piled in a corner and dirty, I had to clean it, and also ask for the sun beds which the owner said was there, but was not. The cooker/stove is dangerous in my eyes as the oven elements are n display. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on, bathrooms very dated, I also had to request the pool be cleaned. The owner addressed all I put to her, I have pictures which I sent to her. Anyway will not be staying there or recommending there. The only saving factor is the gated community is well looked after, lovely pool and club house.

The check in was evey simple . The house was very spacious and had a private pool had everything you need to have a nice vacation. The house was very neat and had comfortable beds and sofa . This place is a great deal for the money and all you get . My family and I will definitely go back again next year. This place was also very quiet and peaceful. 10 out of 10 great place to stay at!

4.5/5 almost perfect! Clean, comfy, fully equipped, great location and room for everyone. It was a great stay and we would stay again! 18 mins to Disney, 5 mins to Walmart and Sam’s. Beds good, plenty of linens and the kitchen had most everything. No dish soap or extra trash bags so make sure you bring them. Coffee pot could be replaced. Only reason it gets less than 5 was aesthetics/cosmetic. Paint and wood work in bathrooms could use rework. Loved the resort, we hung out at the little bar at the pool. Neither pool was heated which was a little disappointing (stayed in Nov).Great customer service and communication.
