The place is easily accessible, yet in a secluded location surrounded by peace and quiet. The sea the restaurants the shops are max 10 min...

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet, die 3 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind super verteilt und mit den ganzen Aktionsmöglichkeiten (Pool, Tischtennis, Basketball und Tischkicker) wurde es in 14 Tagen auch nie langweilig! :-)"

"A 15 minuters ride from Labin on small and winding roads, is the beautiful location of Villa Pavincica. The outside areas are great and Petra was very nice and helpful. The upper apartment is larger and more modern than the lower one. The two kitchens where a bit sparcely equiped, but otherwise good for two families travelling togheter. All in all a lovely vacation."
