Very disappointing. Our room looked pretty nice, however it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Paid extra for a hot tub in the room. When we tried to use it lots of worms came up with the water. Needless to say, due to such unsanitary conditions we didn't use it and it felt just as a rip off. As this wasn't bad enough, the breakfast next day was horrible, cheese with mold being served to guests. Wouldn't recommend it.

Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day. Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored. Asked Expedia to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund. All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable. All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so. If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you. Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get Expedia to eventually make the refund.

Gerçekten rezalet bir oteldi. Deluxe oda tutmama rağmen önce bana başka bir oda verdiler ve odalarının kalmadığını söylediler. Daha sonra ısrar edince odamı bana verdiler. Odada şartel sürekli atıp durdu. Elektirikler sürekli kesildi. Odalar zaten karanlık. Sıcak su yoktu sular ılık akıyordu. Soğuk suda duş aldım. Banyonun penceresinin menteşesi kopuktu her an düşecek gibiydi. Klozetin sifonu arızalıydı. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Büyük bir otel ve çalışan sayısı yetersiz. Bir daha asla uğramam. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Ailece bir gece konakladığımız tesisin konumu mükemmel, ancak temizlik ve hizmet vasatın altında. Kahvaltı ise gerçekten kötüydü, ürünlerin çoğu birkaç gün önceden kalmış ve bayattı, genel olarak tesisin temizliği yeterli değildi, sezonu yeni açtıkları için böyle olduğunu umuyorum, aksi taktirde dört yıldızlı bir otel değil maalesef.

Chilled hotel and spa in a great location

Nice pools and spa; lovely short walk along the river (literally only a couple of minutes) to town and restaurants. Great service from the staff and good food, would stay again.

So the pools were nice, but nothing special. The overall appearance of the hotel was run down and unclean. The rooms were dated, small and, the bathroom was horrible. Toilet ran all night and shower flooded the room. The promised wifi but good luck getting a signal. I would not stay here again!
