QUIET LAKEFRONT RESORT SUPER CLEAN CONDO 1 MILE FROM MARGARITAVILLE.

Special attention to disinfecting in between guests. Light switches, door knobs, etc and allergen free pillow and bed protectors. An incredible location in Osage Beach and as close as it gets to the heart of Lake of the Ozarks! This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a private entrance with our unit across the Hall. This condo is located in the quiet complex of Weston Point and is located on the 2nd tier. Great main body views. This unit was completely redone in 2018!

The space
Close to all the excitement the lake has to offer! Some highlights of the property include a completely renovated interior including plank flooring, black stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinets, countertop, tile back splash, pull down kitchen faucet in a stainless sink with garbage disposal. A new couch, 50" 4K smart TV, Bedroom set, Queen memory foam mattress, and light fixtures make this unit stand above the rest. We added a small mid century bistro table for eating in and extra seating. The brand new deck allows guests to have a great experience inside and out and the bistro table and porch swing provide a great place to drink your morning coffee or evening beverage. Guests also have access to the Lakeside pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, docks, coin operated laundry room, green space and all other common areas of the complex. Parking for your boat and trailer and boat launch on property. Boat slip also available for an additional small fee. This unit also offers free WiFi at no additional charge. Towels, pool towels, all linens, shampoo, soap and conditioner included. See amenities for more! This quiet complex offers great Lakeside experience while being close to some of the best shopping, entertainment and recreation. Only a couple minutes away from Tan Tar A Margaritaville , Redheads, Shorty Pants and Paradise Bar-and-grill directly across the cove.

Guest access
Guests have access to and will be the only guests in a one bedroom condo Which features one bedroom and 1 full bath. Guests have a full size refrigerator including ice maker and super comfy Queen size memory foam in the bedroom. A roomy closet offers plenty of room for a weekly or monthly stay. This unit has been completely updated throughout and optimized for vacation rentals offering more space and amenities with an open feel and great Lake views! Everything is new in this unit so guests will be confident they will have a worry free stay in an extremely clean unit, fully stocked and designed for vacation travelers.

Other things to note
Rules for guests and owners staying at Weston Point are posted in the unit and must be followed throughout entire stay. Deer are prevalent at night near Weston Point so exercise caution when driving around especially at night. Weston Point is a quiet, closely knit community and any guests disrespecting owners and other guests will be reported , the terms of their stay cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited as well as the ramifications of any additional civil or criminal charges. While there are plenty of places to have a good night or weekend partying our location and home is not one of them. We work to cater to those whom enjoy some quiet lake views during their stay and we discourage guests looking for a place to party from booking our condo. We do not allow non family groups larger than 2 adult overnight occupants and at no time may the unit have more than 6 occupants.

Quaint place perfect for a couple- super cute! Great location - awesome to have a ramp on-site - boat ramp is very shallow entry, so a bit tricky if your boat sits high on trailer - also awesome to have a slip available- slip is best for a shorter boat (22 or less). Nice pool area with kiddy pool. Area is beautiful with sooo many deer. Owner was very responsive and even supplied an extra appliance that I asked about. We will definitely consider renting again when we come down without our kids.

This is a nice little updated place. Just enough room for two adults and in a nice, quiet location. We loved being close to Margaritaville! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall good trip. The condo is on the top floor and the steps up to the door did not have lights, we arrived late so it was very hard to see!. Also, not labeled well....hard to know where to go once we got there. The condo was nice and clean. Kinda smelled like smoke inside, even though there is a no smoking policy! And, I couldn't sit on the deck one afternoon because the neighbor was smoking.

Pleasant Stay

The hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with everything you need (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer and dryer…very cool setup) which i was surprised and happy to see. I think a comfy chair would be a nice addition. Decorated very nicely too.

Easy access to Lake of the Ozarks condo

We were at Lake of the Ozarks for a bass tournament when we stayed at this condo. It was a short distance from everything, the state park boat ramp that the tournament went out of, restaurants, and shopping. It is very clean, modern looking, and well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Natalie, our host, was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Super cute condo

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The size was perfect for 2. Pretty well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. It was very quiet, just a few neighbors around. The only disappointment was the closed pool (we were there just before Memorial Day). Highly recommended!

Business conference at Margaritaville and relaxation

Condo was nice and pool was good being right next to lake watching boats go by. Downside was coffee machine was not cleaned out and there was a large grease spot on the deck when we moved the grill to the side to enjoy the sun. Nice place and not overcrowded.

Great weekend getaway!

This was a very nice weekend getaway place to stay. Very clean and was very close to several restaurants. It was my husband’s and I 1 year Wedding Anniversary and it was perfect. Our host even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forgot to bring any. The Keurig was a plus as well. We definitely will book again in the future at this cute condo.

My husband and I drove 6 hours for this trip and our host never sent us any check in instructions nor an access code to get in. We tried calling her 2 hours before arrival and had no luck. Finally when arriving at the location we tried messaging her and calling her one more time...no luck. I had to call Vrbo customer service to see how they would be able to call and the representative had no luck getting a hold of Natalie. Dont waste your time nor money renting this location.

Nice view of the lake

This is a lovely condo with a very comfortable bed. I wish we had known about the steps, though. For elderly people the steps were difficult while carrying our stuff, especially since one of us recently had knee surgery.
