Title: Horrible Hotel Conditions, but Friendly Staff This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire hotel, including our room, had an overwhelming cinnamon air freshener smell that was so strong it made my throat hurt. The room was extremely dirty, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches! The bathroom smelled like urine, and it was so disgusting that I had to clean it myself. The only positive part of our stay was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. No guest should have to clean their own bathroom, deal with cockroaches, or tolerate such strong odors. The staff deserves recognition for their excellent customer service, but the hotel itself needs serious improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Hotel itself was adequate for our needs. The front desk attendant tried to charge me extra because my husband was with me. Called the manager when I protested and the manager told her not to charge me. She was friendly and only doing her job, but still felt sketchy.
