“We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay.
Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!”
“On the second day of my stay sound 15:30, when I was walking to elevator from lobby level and wanted to enter the elevator which door was still opened, I was unexpectedly stopped by the staff not to do so as it was full, but I saw it only 2-3 people inside! I was forced to wait another one which wasted my time and electricity, not environmental friendly at all. And I later found out the elevator capacity is 20 persons!! Non-sense!”
“The Japanese restaurant is very good. The Hotel is very quiet and upscale. Most of the staff can speak English and are helpful when dealing with my issue on airline seat assignment.”
