“A Hidden Gem in Nature What a special find! From the moment we arrived, Cynthia, our wonderful host, made us feel right at home. The property is stunning - a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that feels like a true escape. Our room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—absolutely no complaints. One of the highlights was the amazing plunge pool, tucked away in nature and perfect for relaxing. And the breakfast? Incredible! We loved enjoying it out on our private terrace!!! This place truly……

“This is place for refugee or very poor students. No bed sheets, dirty pillows, you get only room, no tables for working, i was on business tri. Wifi and cell signals are down in this basement. Shower and kitchen are shared with others. Aria is ok, in 2 min driving or 10 min walking nice plaza, new one. Not yet polluted by Oshawa homless and drug addict.”

“Very unique, quiet, good and amazing breakfast. All the facilities are very nice, tidy and clean. Owners also recommended us to a very nice fine dining restaurants at the Port Perry. We definitely recommend to our friends to come and visit, just one hour drive from Toronto. Patrick”

“A series of red flags from this location. The worst was the unclean bed sheets and the lack of towels in the bathroom. There was a lack of food prep (no functioning microwave and no stove). Also no TV.”

“I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided……

“Lynn is an expert host and all rooms were clean and comfy. With delicious breakfast if you have time to sit down and continental amenities if not The reviews are accurate and you will enjoy your stayHaving said that, there was a smell of smoke in the home when you enter. It was never mentioned in recent reviews and the host said that smoking was allowed in the upstairs balcony and a recent guest had been a regular frequent smoker out there. I told the host that I would not mention the smoke……
