“This two-bedroom apartment appears almost brand new, in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The basement apartment is sleek and modern, and all the kitchen amenities we could need were in good supply. Figuring out where to enter the apartment (from the back of the house, down a narrow gravel incline) took us a few minutes, but we got in the apartment without great difficulty. The owner was very quick to respond to texts, including a request to turn up the temperature in the apartment, which……

“The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.”
