“The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning.
I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution.
I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.”
“I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row.
