The hotel was nice. A little difficult to find, especially at night as not well lit or signposted. We used the restaurant in the hotel which was really nice. The hotel just lacked a bar/somewhere to have a coffee. I imagine, in summer season it would be a very nice destination. We used the local train from Ostróda which was easy to navigate.

No Wi-Fi in the room

Rooms were supposed to have Wi-Fi, which is a major issue for me and one reason why I chose this hotel. However, the signal was very weak, it only worked occasionally and even then only in certain point close to the door. Extremely inconvenient. Who wants to stand near the door or spend the evening/night in the lobby... However, the receptionist was very friendly, parking was conveniently close to the hotel and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was also very clean. However, the prize of the hotel was way more expensive than it should have been considering that it was already low-season.

Nice Hotel to relax in a family/ couple vacation

Extremely big and comfortable rooms ,with nice terrace and amazing view of the lake . The breakfast was good. the spa facilities were simple but nice . Just outside the hotel there is a big lake that can offer sports activities . Bicycles are available and you can take a tour around the lake .

Fajny hotel na weekend w spa.

Przyjechaliśmy spontaniczne na 1 dzień wydłużając sobie wakacje. Wszystko było OK ale wrażenia popsuły trochę absurdy covidowe (pani z maseczką pod nosem każe założyć maseczkę gdy wchodzi się do restauracji z bufetem, w której wszyscy tymi samymi łyżkami nakładają sobie musztardę etc...) Konieczność rezerwowania kolacji w restauracji, o której nas nie uprzedzono (czekaliśmy z głodnym dzieckiem 20 min. na stolik). Materace na łóżkach bardzo niewygodne. SPA bardzo przyjemne. Basen mały ale ładny i czysty. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre ale też odpowiednio wycenione. Recepcja bardzo pomocna. Dobrze wyposażona bawialnia dla dzieci. Pokój superior jest całkiem przestronny.

Duży i do tego bezpłatny parking przed samym hotelem, komfortowy wjazd i parkowanie. Przestrzenny hol, na recepcji (21.03 po południu i 22.03 rano) przemiła Pani z klasą, ale bez narzucania się i mega sztucznej uprzejmości, jak to często się zdarza. Hotel fajnie zlokalizowany przy deptaku, przy samym jeziorze. Bardzo dobra restauracja, ale mogłaby być czynna do 23:00 (jest do 22:00). Po kolacji musieliśmy się niestety ulotnić z piwem na sofy w korytarzu. Ale Pani w restauracji była bardzo miła, swoją drogą posiedzieliśmy i tak trochę dłużej i nikt nam nie mówił z zaciśniętymi zębami "już zamykamy". Trochę szkoda, że nie ma jakiegoś dyskretnego, cichego baru czynnego np. do 12:00 albo 01:00. Pokój i łazienka - jak dla mnie pełne 4 gwiazdki, bardzo czysto, przytulnie, sejf w pokoju, mini bar (mógłby tylko być trochę większy wybór), dobrze zorganizowana przestrzeń. Jedyny minus - przy biurku brak gniazdek do podłączenia laptopa, telefonu. Jedno gniazdko pod biurkiem. do którego była podpięta lampka, także trzeba "nurkować" pod stół i przepinać kable. W takim hotelu gniazdka powinny być nad blatem. Może trafiłem taki pokój? Śniadanie - tutaj odczułem największy kontrast. Ogromny wybór, w większości świetna jakość. Ale sok pomarańczowy tylko przypominał sok, a Pani w kuchni była średnio uprzejma. Na pytanie czy mogę prosić o świeżą dużą jajecznicę ze szczypiorem, z wymowną miną otworzyła podgrzewacz z jajecznicą i coś tam burknęła pod nosem. Musiałem zadowolić się "gotowcem".

Very high standard for Poland

The hotel itself was very nice indeed, and would be amazing in warm weather with the position next to a lake. The rooms were very nice - big and clean with comfy beds, although they seem to offer only twin beds rather than doubles. The bar and restaurant were disappointing, with unfriendly staff who seemed to struggle with the number of customers they had, and the food was pretty poor too. We ordered steaks, which should not be too difficult to cook, and they arrived tough on a bed of greasy vegetables, and took 30 minutes from ordering to arrival. To conclude, the food was a letdown, but the hotel is very nice.

A relaxing experience

The hotel is located right by the lake with wonderful views. It's clean, could you a bit of updating, but generally it's quite nice. The room was spacious with a rather large bathroom. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to use the spa facilities, but I did enjoy dinner in the Italian restaurant. The food was scrumpcious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something a bit nicer in the Ostróda area, from what I can tell, it's the best hotel in the area.

Expensive, even with discount not worth it

Beds were uncomfortable, especially for kids. For the whole hotel, there was no extra pillow, so the kids had to share one, meaning it was between them. Kids play room was unfortunately used as storage for old furniture and some bikes, no toys, unless you count a lamp. Beer and drinks in the restaurant were triple the price of other restaurants. WiFi was only available in one corner of the room, or near the reception. Great that there was a swimming pool, but only open from 10am on weekdays and too cold water in it. On night Sunday a band was playing until 2 am Monday, so the kids were tossing and turning all night. We were also not able to rest. Breakfast is served from 7:30am, so one will be going to work without.

Pobyt rodzinny

Pobyt był związany z urodzinami mojej Mamy. Pokój, jak zwykle komfortowy, w tym Hotelu byłam już trzeci raz i mam kolejną rezerwację. SPA jest rewelacyjne! Jedynym minusem podczas tych dni było trochę chłodno w pokoju, ale po zgłoszeniu w Recepcji dostaliśmy dodatkowy piecyk. Poza tym pogoda nam dopisała!
