The location is great for walking around the city, once you find it. The property relies entirely of WiFi, which some times is poor in Ostuni. It is virtually impossible to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, which is on a dead end street, meaning you will need to precariously back out on a tiny street filled with crowds of people if you find it. This is especially tough for single travelers. Once you do arrive you will need to contact the virtual staff to enable entrance through WiFi to get in. There are no keys. Again you must use a What's App hyperlink to enter your room every time you go in. The rooms themselves are quite nice, and stylish. The breakfast is great as well. More precise instructions should be provided for guests ahead of time to eliminate the stress!

Pas terrible

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir, le check-in se fait par nous-mêmes, en ligne. Par chance, je suis là tôt donc la femme de ménage m'ouvre, qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais (adorable par ailleurs) donc la communication est compliquée. Je finis par comprendre que ma chambre est prête mais que si je veux y rentrer dès maintenant (11h) je dois payer 15€, sinon je ne pourrai y accéder qu'à 15h. On me propose de laisser ma valise dans l'entrée principale, sans aucune surveillance, m'assurant qu'il n'y a aucun risque. En effet, je l'ai bien retrouvée quelques heures plus tard mais je n'ai pas eu l'esprit tranquille pendant ce temps ! Arrivée dans la chambre, une très forte odeur d'humidité à la limite de l'insalubre. Draps "humides" également suite l'humidité ambiante. Pas du tout agréable. Le seul bon point : le petit déjeuner, très bon avec une serveuse adorable.
