“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“For my conference, it’s perfect location. But far from Rotterdam center. Fortunately the metro is convenient that go to The Hague directly in about an hour. Restaurants and shops close early - it’s Dutch style I guess.”

“Stayed at Delta Vlaardingen more than 5 times. Not once did the place let me down. Room super clean with wide open view of the canal; if you are lucky to face the canal. “房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。”
