“If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. There are fishing tours readily available and we spent a good Part of the week hiking about and lying on the empty beaches. Lots of sailboat cruisers around to chat with and other areas……

“While the ocean views and beach access here are stunning, there were enough minor to moderate issues with our stay here that I would give 3.5 stars if I could (but not four). Our bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, as in multiple hours. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink for this reason. Our TV remote was not working, which should have been obvious to anyone preparing the room because the battery cover was completely missing. The TV only had a power button, so my girlfriend……

“One of the most beautiful places ever. Bring long sleeves and pants if you are someone who is irritates by sand fly bites-- regular deet wont cut it! Meal there was lovely-- perfect spot!!”

“Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.”

“Robert was a phenomenal host, meeting us at the airport both coming and going, as well as giving us a tour of Nassau and helping us to get groceries. He arranged taxi travel to and from the airport on Mangrove Cay and looked after our every need with meticulous detail. We had an excellent time at your place, on the flats, and in the neighborhood. “The stay was a 4/5. There were a couple bugs found in the kitchen after a couple of days of stay. The amenities were well-shower was nice but pressure and hot water are not the best. The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful, quick to respond which was appreciated. Location is far walking distance from shops and dining unless you rent a car and taxis aren't cheap. However if you are wanting a quiet stay this is the place. Beach is literally outside back door and there is plenty of……
