The check in service was poor. Felt like she just cared about the payment. Gave us our room key without telling us about the hotel facilities like dining, gym, pool and where they located, what time breakfast is, where it was. What the room number was, what the wifi password was. We had to ask what our room number was and figure out everything else. She was not very friendly. The other coupke checking in next to us had a full breifing. Was like they chose to brief those who looked like they fitted the 5 star class of the hotel. Should not be judgemental and picky. Everyone should receive the same service and not be judged if you look rich or not. Very poor customer reception experience.
Other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked where things were.
