"Staff was rude and kicked out my guest who came to visit me before I left and he wasn’t even gonna stay the night. Will not stay in this brand ever again."

Our room was beautiful, with thoughtful extras like high ceilings and lovely views of the church. The entire hotel is filled with unique relics, and the stained glass windows throughout the building are truly stunning. The location was ideal, making it easy to walk to a wide range of bars and restaurants."

"General experience was very good and the hotel is situated close to the city centre. The only issue we had was with the parking barrier not working correctly but the staff sorted this each time."
