Was refused. The road was impassable. The front desk staff was terrible, eventually we begged for a room at N15,000 a night just to rest. No water no electricity. We requested assistance for our bags and was refused that they don’t help to carry bags. We stayed for 2 hours and left. The worst hotel experience of my life. Noone should book them because they will refuse your booking.
