"Pearl Continental is an amazing hotel, I am sure it’s one of the best in Karachi. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks to the wonderful front desk staff (Aun, Anas), cleaning/housekeeping staff (Hasan) and back office reservation staff (Hasnain, Umair, Asim). They were all so excellent and dedicated to providing top notch customer service. We had been assigned smoking room initially and they helped move us to a different floor on the same day. The breakfast options were awesome except that they can do better with chai. The chai was sub par. One thing weird about the room design is that there are mirrors everywhere. There’s a mirror on the bathtub wall and a giant mirror in front of the toilet seat. It’s so strange. I hope they make amends to the design in future or at least add shades to cover these mirrors. "
