It was perfect for me and my three teens (13-19 age range). There was so much to do in Seabrook, they were never bored. Both pools were so close, making the cottage in a perfect spot. Restaurants were close by as well. The cottage was so well-built. I was impressed. Not many people think about that in their vacation rentals, but I'm a bit of an architecture history buff, and this home was so well-built. Real solid wood doors, mouldings. It felt like a traditional beach cottage you'd find in Cape Cod. The row of homes face each other across a Bocce court and outdoor fire pit. Really charming. We have kids, so their selection of movies and board games was pretty nice to have. The night we checked in we got a call from management asking if we were going to check in before office hours, and since we couldn't they sent us an email with everything we needed to get it. We didn't have access to the Wifi when we got there, so they should include that in their check-in email. Pool was really close to this location which was nice. Also, this listing doesn't mention it but Seabrook has a Gym with cardio equipment, cable machines, a couple adjustable benches, a rack of dumbbells ranging from 5 - 50 lbs and a squat rack with a barbell and plenty of weight plates to get a good weight training session.
