  • Welcome! Cedar&Pine A-Frame offers the perfect combination of modern comfort & rustic charm! This magical cabin sits under a canopy of towering evergreen trees, a perfect base for year-round activities. An easy drive to Mt. Rainier National Park and White Pass Ski Resort, surrounded by the best of the PNW! Easy access to hiking, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, or just lounging around. Be sure to enjoy the local eateries and quaint shops to round out your trip!

    Cedar&Pine A-Frame Highlights:

    ↬ Relax in the spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows with a mini forest view. Perfect cabin vibes and ultimate hygge.

    ↬ Cooking made easy in the well equipped kitchen. Also enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck as you soak up the serenity.

    ↬ Enjoy the lovely wood burning stove while watching a movie or enjoying the variety of board games and puzzles.

    ↬ Take your pick of several options for a good nights rest: King bed in primary room (so comfortable you won't want to leave), 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed in the loft area

    ↬ Fire up the propane grill and enjoy your meal on the large deck with a wooden table or cozy up around the fire pit.

    ↬ Amenities include high speed wifi great for working, 65' inch smart TV (log into your own apps), a variety of puzzles and games, comfortable linens and towels.

    Driveway is at a slight incline. NO RV's or trailers allowed.

    Currently there are no neighbors on either side(*).

    *Our cabin is located in a desirable neighborhood! There is a new cabin being built next door. The work being done is random and may occur during your stay. There is still a lot of privacy either way.**

    *PETS*
    •ONE dog is allowed (up to 75 lbs). A $70 fee is due at time of booking.

    •A dog is not allowed in the cabin alone at any time.

    •Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture including the beds and couches.

    •Please clean up completely after your pup (hair, mud, dog waste, etc.) We provide specific towels and lint rollers to help.

    •A $500 security deposit applies to each booking for any pet damage.

This A-frame is an adorable older cabin updated with some great features. The kitchen is stocked with just about any tool or item needed to whip up a great meal. We stayed during summer and kept cool with the AC units upstairs and down plus several portable fans. A great place to stay if you’re planning to visit the south side of Mt Rainier.

Overall, pleased with the property. Walking in the door and seeing cobwebs on the ceiling fan was a little disheartening. Also beard stubble around bathroom sink. So could have been cleaner in my opinion. Very spacious and beds were comfy. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location was great and allowed us to hike Sunrise and Paradise areas of the park. The building work taking place next door was not a problem for us since we left very early in the morning and returned when the builders had left. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities. The kitchen and toilet were clean but there was a lot of dust in lampshades and other surfaces. All in all, a very good experience.

Stay was great! Everything we needed for our stay was available to us in the cabin. It was nice to have enough towels, blankets, utensils, etc for our large family as well as coffee thank you!!

Really lovely stay. Cabin had everything we could need. Place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. We fired up the wood stove for heat and used the space heaters as well. The cabin was plenty warm for us. Location was quiet and serene. Thank you!

Perfect cabin

Pretty much has it all, great semi remote location for privacy, a cozy fireplace and comfortable space. Also Packwood is minutes away for convenience.

Our family loved our stay. The A-Frame had everything we needed. Close grocery nearby and easy drive to Mt. Rainier. It was the perfect place for our family of 5!

A very special place

My family enjoyed our time very much. There are beautiful hikes close by. The cabin was stocked with all the things you could ever want. Cozy bedding and furniture. Definitely will be coming back.

Best Birthday staycation

A couple friends and I stayed here for my birthday and it was soul filling and delightful! Ashley was timely, courteous, and helpful. There’s great people around, great coffee and beer in town with out of towners and locals! It was peaceful and a well needed rest in the mountains

Cozy cabin

It's a very spacious, and yet cozy cabin, perfect for family getaways. The open floor plan allows for plenty of natural light, making the living area feel warm and inviting. The outdoor space is nice, with a deck that’s ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening barbecues, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and make memories with loved ones. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!

Amazing.

My husband and I really enjoyed this little cabin. It was quiet and tranquil. The host left had everything we needed and then some. It is close to a cute little town with a great brewery. Very close to several trails. We will be back!

Great escape

We had a cozy time at the cabin. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and appliances. The table is big enough for the whole group. The beds are comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the electric blanket and the fireplace.
