Not good dining choices. Blue Spruce Saloon was "quaint" and interesting but we didn't like the food. My daughter and family ate at the pizza place but don't know what they thought of the food.

"Packwood is out in the backwooda between Mt Ranier and Mt St Helens. Gorgeous area with a herd of Antelope hanging out in front yard. Average hotel room without breakfast service. Local American style food. Its all abot the location."

"This was a cozy little cabin. We had everything we needed for a longer stay. There is only a washer, no dryer. This was in the property description, but just wanted to make that known. Very quiet area. We could hear a loud neighbor down the road for a bit, but that did not disturb our quiet time ..."
