"Inside looked like the online pictures BUT outside was disappointing. Torn screens on the house and duck poop all over the yard. We actually drove by a few times because the outside didn’t look at all like we expected. Not a lot of paper supplies and the TV remotes didn’t work. Owner said he would have AAA batteries delivered but never did. Towards the end of the stay I asked where to put the trash because the trash can was full. When we arrived, the man next door put trash/boxes in the can...

"The property itself is nice and very clean on the inside. The surrounding area is not the safest and there are a lot of homeless people walking around and talking throughout the night. There is also a train that is very loud every hour or so (including throughout the night). It was extremely difficult to get a good nights rest here due to the train and homeless people but the property was very nice on the inside. "
