We brought food in the room and ants invaded it. We destroyed the food and asked for bug spray and my husband told them it was our fault. I don’t agree!
When we got there, our door didn’t lock so had to lift the door to get it to lock. When we got back to the room around midnight, we couldn’t get into our room. The very helpful gal at the front desk tried many keys and finally called the manager so we got the door open. She tried to move us but couldn’t get into another room and the shower was broken in the next room. We locked it from the inside and stayed and it was fixed the next day.
The towels were brown stained and looked like they were used to clean a car. We were told they were clean, I certainly would not put those towels in for guests.
The room was cleaned well except for the ants that were there all 4 days and the staff was very nice.
