“It took more than 40 minutes to check in simply because the front desk staff printed out the wrong documents. Confirmed breakfast included upon check-in, but was declined by the restaurant the following day due to the mistake by the front desk staff - again. Not at all a pleasant experience with the front desk. Otherwise the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.”

“Highly recommend the Brand Apartments. Clean, excellent host, convenient location, very good communication throughout process and a good bed. Public transportation (metro) made it easy to get to from the airport. It can be loud at night but that is not the fault of the apartment. Would stay again.”

“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”
