Great location in a quiet area near Victoria station and close to lots of charming restaurants and shops in Belgravia. The staff were friendly and the common areas were beautifully decorated. Not the best choice if you have trouble with stairs as some floors require stairs to access all the rooms. Also my room had a narrow staircase from the bedroom to the bathroom inside the room.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and let me change my room due to a malfunctioning lock. Air conditioning and bathroom floor heating provided. A stone's throw away from the train station and shopping centre. I would love to stay here again!

I highly recommend this for the budge conscious traveler that wants someplace well located, close to a metro station, food with easy access. I found the beds comfortable and the accommodation basic but a great deal for the price, especially for London.
