Convenient gate in the back of the unit for ease of unloading groceries, luggage, etc. to the upper level through the kitchen. On the lower level are 2 bedrooms and the large laundry room with dedicated sink. One of the downstairs bedrooms has it a microwave, refrigerator, a small dining table for 2 and it's own patio with seating for 2. This dark sky community is perfect for star gazers and the daytime views can't be beat. Gas station with large convenience store is walking distance from the townhouse. 8 miles to Page, 15 miles to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Wahweap Marina is just minutes away. It is the perfect location close to the marina for a weekend on the lake. The home is clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you’d need.
