Check in April 15th, 2026 check ou April 16th, 2026 check in time around close to 9pm. Parking is free rooms are outdated and dirty The person incharge on that day is Horrible very unpleasant I ask for late check out instead his telling me there's no such thing as late check out otherwise i will charge you $20 till 1pm and we end up paying $20 because we have no choice we got there at the hotel like 9pm that's why i asked for late check out. When you go to other hotels they allow late check out until 12noon for no fee! Rooms are dirty bed very uncomfortable there was ants inside the room the toilet making noise do not book this hotel from attendant to room it's disgusting

Manny at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and quiet. Beds are comfortable. No gym on the premises. Good location, close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend!

Advertising for the hotel did not identify that it was a Quality Inn, room was in need of repair(toilet leaking, torn curtains, slide door onto deck hard to move). The restaurant was not open and there was no breakfast that we saw. The bed was great but Would not return

the person at the check in counter would not recognize me or another customer that had been standing there more than 15 minutes. I had to chase down someone that looked like they worked there because they entered the restaurant. When i got his attention and asked for help he stated check in wasn't until 3. It was 2:45. The next day I looked for breakfast and the doors were closed. It was 6:56. Such poor manners!

Property was welcoming to pets but charged a lot for them . Views were great and it was nice having a ground floor room with outdoor access. Entire Inn needs maintenance.

Parking was good. We parked our car right outside our door. The staff (only one I met) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Some things could have been improved upon. Certain things empty or missing. Property is slightly old and outdated, but I think they are trying hard at keeping it clean and safe, and it’s good value for the money.

The breakfast had barley any choices they dont bring food often when we came with family almost everything was empty except waffles and eggs. Our room was dirty it looked like they never cleaned it after remodel there was paint and grout all aver the carpets, shower facet was leaking. Everything looked old and dirty i dont recommend staying there especially if you have little kids. The view was nice but the property needs some cleaning renovation and new furniture.

Staff was excellent!! The breakfast offered was good, hot and well attended too. Plenty of seating. The view from our room of the mountains was exceptional. The room was very clean but definitely dated but looked recently painted. Secondary Curtains were in bad shape, torn and dragging. We changed rooms right off due to a plugged sink that wasn't draining correctly. They were quick to assign us a different room with no hassle. TV didn't work. And no Kleenex tissue was in the room. Price was great!! We noted that a repairman was in the old room with sink problems immediately!! So they're on top of making things right!!
