Conviently located. No more than 6 blocks to the center of town. A couple of fun restaurants close by. We would stay there again. The staff were wonderful, very helpful with restaurants and sites.

My only issue was the bed was too soft, with indentations in it. If that had been newer, I would try to figure out a way to give this place 10 stars! The private use hot tub and sauna were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible as well!

This hotel is older but well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to any special requests and needs. Kept very clean. It's on the river which is nice and we felt very safe there. It is also walking distance to a number of good restaurants and the town bakery. The breakfast was probably about average for most places, cereals, store bought muffins, a Belgian waffle maker, hard boiled eggs and such. No scrambled eggs or any type of sausage however.

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the lighting in the room was good. The guy at the front desk was very nice and had great Customer Service. Very informative about Pagosa area. We didn't utilize the hot tub while there. Overall, it was a very quaint and peaceful. We didn't eat breakfast there, as my Great Grandson had a baseball game early that morning on Saturday. The hotel was close to other stores where we could walk to, without having to drive. Thank you.
