Check in very slow, rooms were good with good walk in shower Food at all times was good with plenty of choice Beverages were poor beer in very small 20cl glasses. Hot drinks from all machines was at best warm Plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day by the pools

The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a family room. It was spacious, 2 rooms, room with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Beds were very comfy. We had issue with the shower room - the water was clogging and it was wrongly slopped - the water was coming out of shower into the floor. Room cleaners were very prompt and room was ready when we were back to the room. Food was a nice but very few veg options.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. the bar staff especially knew your drink order within one or two requests. The food was of a very high standard, it could have been a little warmer possibly. I went in February, the hotel was maybe half full missing a lot of room a lot of sunbeds a lot of space in the pool. Usual great that you have to pay for the safe, and the Wi-Fi, But otherwise really liked this hotel and thought it was a good place to stay.

Good value all inclusive

Food was wide ranging and of an excellent standard at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very small glasses for beer in the evenings are a source of frustration as is the constant need to login to Wi-fi. Hotel looks to have been refurbished in fairly recent past though not all of it has been done successfully e.g. bathrooms look great though mirrors are clearly old and worn with floor tiles in reception cracked and broken. Great value out of season holiday. Hotel has many steps/stairs though there are lifts - not all of which work all of the time. Well located with the main shops and beach only a short walk away.

Don't know why people give this hotel such good reviews, probably have not stayed at other all inclusive hotels. Unbranded cheap alcohol drinks. Amstel beer in small cups...horrible. No bottled drinking water, not even for your room,and smelly old towels for your shower. This is the first time I had to buy my own drinks from a supermarket while I was all inclusive

Ein Standard- 4 Sterne allink. Hotel auf den Kanaren. Das Mobiliar und allgemein die Anlage bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings kann man doch dort sehr wohlfühlen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Speisen waren frisch, lecker und es wurde immer aufgefüllt. Kritik am Essen ist total übertrieben - jedem sollte klar sein,dass dies hier kein Feinschmecker- Sternerestaurant ist. Die italienische Ecke ist hervorzuheben. Das Personal war immer bemüht, dass alles Gäste zufrieden waren. Generell liegt es immer auch an den Urlaubern. Manche benehmen sich wie Schweine. Ich hatte einen tollen Urlaub, zum Strand waren es wenige Gehminuten und das Hotel war gut. Einziges Ärgernis: das Fitnessstudio - alt, kaputt und ekelig. Geputzt wird da nicht - Besucher haben keine Möglichkeit ihren Rotz und Schweiß zu säubern.

Der erste Eindruck ist erschlagend sehr großes Hotel, hat man erst einmal sein praktisches modernes Zimmer bezogen und anschließend einen Rundgang absolviert,so stellt man fest, dass das Hotel in mehrere Komplexe aufgeteilt ist und mit verschiedenen Terrassen Abschnitten nochmals aufgeteilt wird lediglich beim Essen wird's laut, da es nur eine " Kantine" gibt wo jedoch auf mehreren Kochsatelliten frisch zu bereitet wird, das Angebot ist sehr groß und qualitativ gut bis sehr gut, als Einzelreisender empfiehlt es sich ein Basecap oder ähnliches mit zum Essen zu nehmen, sonst holt man sich etwas zu trinken und das Essen ist bei der Rückkehr weg . Die Lage ist sehr gut ca 500 m bis zum Strand dort ja kann man den riesigen breiten und langen Strand genießen Wanderung sind ca 13 km Richtung Norden zu laufen

Downgrade beim jetzigen Zimmer im Vergleich zu dem Aufenthalt im November. Das Zimmer war dennoch solide, aber nicht das was ich gewohnt war. Essen war etwas abwechslungsreicher als davor. Weiterhin eine solide Unterkunft trotz dessen.

In der Nebensaison ist das Resort angenehm ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Die Pools sind nicht voll, Tische sind immer frei und man kann gut parken. Mein Zimmer war zum Eingang gerichtet und morgens/abends sind die Busse doch laut zu hören. Dann lieber mit Seeblick buchen wenn frei. Das WLAN hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.

Gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmergröße vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad war auch solide. Das Essen war gut jedoch manchmal sehr monoton. Mehr Abwechslung wäre ein Vorteil. Trotzdem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
