The accommodation features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate electric cooker, kettle). From the living area, you directly access the covered balcony with seating - a quiet place to relax after a swim in the pool or a day at the sea. For shared use, you have access to the pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a garden terrace, and a barbecue. A private car park directly at the house, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating provide additional comfort. Bed linen, towels and a baby cot (upon request) are included in the price. A communal washing machine is available on the property. The holiday home is located quietly and yet centrally - supermarket and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, the town centre can be reached in about 500 m.
