Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. Anwendungen gut wenn auch preislich für Litauen am oberen Ende. Buffet war völlig ausreichend. Terrasse am Dach ein Traum. When leaving, we were given an invoice without a receipt and we paid, after I checked and they counted one of the treatments that I did not do. We asked for a refund, for which we were told to go to the spa, at the spa we were told back to the reception... at the reception they gave us to fill out a form where there was no bank account, but the address and many other things had to be filed, To which we turned around and left, we didn’t have time for that. To take money it was quick but refund it take a time and for there fault. Be careful.
