This is the worst experience we have had anywhere at any hotel in Peru in 25 years of extensive traveling. Stay away from it. Go across the street to the GHL or Casa Andina where the staff are polite and helpful.

We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake.
The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy!
Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions.
The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end

Si tiene buena limpieza ,el desayuno es un poco básico ,lo que no me gustó es que en el cuarto hace mucho frío parece un congelador
Ni con 5 frazadas te sientes caliente .
Y en los alrededores no hay nada prácticamente.
