"Hotel was amazing! Loved the entirety of the hotel. Parking is a plus and location. Staff were very helpful although we asked for a taxi and it came 49 minutes later. Just an overall thought in Palermo, they are too relaxed and one should be aware of it."

"The apartment was quite large and very clean. It appears the entire apartment was recently remodeled/updated, except the bathroom that needed some serious work on the shower/tub area:The company representative that met us with the keys was very friendly and informative when explaining about the apartment, We did experience a power failure once during our stay and the company was quick to get back to us to help us get the situation fixed. Location was right in the middle of all the dining options and just steps away from the beach. If you don’t like noise until about 3am, you might need to either get ear plugs or stay further out. We had no problems with it because we can sleep through almost anything, but it was party central, and thumping bass out car windows until about 3:00am."

The only thing I found difficult was not having a key to the room or hotel..an electronic code is required to enter the room and you use an internet connection to open the door to the lobby. If you don't have a smart phone it is problematic, especially if you have no internet connection. The hotel was excellent apart from this."
