The property is nice. Poor and jacuzzi area clean. There was someone playing thier music by the pool but not the end of the world. They were nice enough to let us check in early but the gate and room codes werent working. They gave us temporary codes and said at 3pm the code in our email would then work, that didnt happen.
The shower was bad, the shower head pressure was a literal trickle. We texted (as they recommended to get the fastest response) they didnt respond.
The in room refrigerator made noise ALL NIGHT. that was a bummer.
We texted them a few more times with various questions. They never responded (again, in the check in material they said for the quickest response to text)
I also emailed their manager with all of these issues, and, you guessed it.....they never responded.
I get its a weird time, pandemic and all, but the customer service was virtually non existent.
