The front desk staff and housekeeping were a 10. The in-house restaurant needs help...it seems their employees (my guess is they're outside contractors) are doing multi-task jobs....the same guy is the waiter and bartender...they need better training....our breakfast was ok, but the server had to make 4 trips to complete our order.

I love that the hotel is close to everything and is on the main strip. You can walk everywhere from there. The room was very affordable. Although, when we realized how hot it was that weekend, I realized why it was cheap that weekend. The negatives: check-in is late. It's at 4. When we arrived exactly at 4, i checked in, and the lady mentioned they oversold my room with a king bed and would be getting a room with 2 double beds instead. For the inconvenience, she said she would wave all check in costs and deposits and would throw in free breakfast. The beds turned out to be too small for our situation, so it was quite an inconvenience. When we asked about breakfast the next day, turned out there was no free breakfast. Then, the day we checked out, the guy at check out told me i had to pay the remaining amount. The lady who checked me in made no notations of anything she promised me, but he believed me and told me it was waived. Another thing, the pool was so hot, it was not enjoyable at all (that might not be entirely their fault since it was REALLY hot). Lastly, our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking the entire two nights we were there.

The air conditioner barely worked. Hot hallways and hot rooms. Cleaning staff left my slider all the way open at the hottest part of the day. The pool bar and the outside circle bar not open ever during my stay, no valet anymore, super mediocre stay. Only good for location

This Hyatt is in poor confition! furniture is super beat up. Bath was rusted…bathroom looked like a gasoline station bathroom. Mirrors are totally discolored. Lobby furniture is peeling. Couch was cracked all over.

This place was disappointing for being Hyatt! There were only 2 friendly staff out of the 5 I actually saw! The place was dirty and had a cockroach on the ground for my stay. The pool area was not cleaned after people were there.

Was not made aware before that the pool view rooms were under construction they couldn’t move us to Mountain View stuck looking at the street. This was so upsetting we don’t ever visit Palm Springs & wanted to look at the pool. Go down to the pool & saw ppl with clothes hanging to dry on balcony.

I get that it’s Palm Springs and it’s the desert. But the room never got cooler than a minimum of 78°even after I put the thermostat all the way down to 58°. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot. When I told the desk staff I was told they’d “look into it”. Also the room was unkempt and had a strong marijuana smell to it.

Very bad staff very bad behaviour with his clients forcefully told us to get out of the hotel. I was booking was there, but they never let us enter in the property very very rude and bad manager who told me with my wife and two small babies to get out of the hotel because they don’t have any place for us And the girl name Jennifer was very very bad and behaviour with us
