This beauty was recently restored and artfully decorated to mix the past with the present, so that you would be provided with an unparalleled vacation rental experience.

Built in 1979, this nearly 2,350 sq. ft. ranch style home epitomizes the modernist and minimalist design principles that incorporate the Palm Springs era. Light and bright layout, open concert, generous ceiling heights, tile flooring throughout, multiple exit points to access the backyard, and desert landscaping that perfectly integrates this vacation rental into the natural local surroundings.

Nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Desert Park Estates, you'll be just 2 miles from the famed Palm Canyon Drive and the mod mecca of the Uptown Design District. This scenic property sets on 13,393 sq. ft. lot and is surrounded by desert landscape, walls, and gates providing a completely private oasis. It's the ultimate spot for basking in the natural beauty of the desert, creating a memorable vacation experience for years to come.

Lovingly renovated and decorated, you'll find the interior design of this property to be a perfect mash-up between classic mid-century minimalism style and urban loft luxury by providing clean lines, handpicked décor, and few decorative items. The eclectic décor is a stylish fusion of clean sleek lines juxtaposed with modern day luxuries required of today's discerning guests and creates an inviting and calm space.

The rooms are artfully appointed with comfort and style at every turn. The fashionable furnishings include a sink in and relax living room sofa, accent lounge reader, plush area rug, wooden window shutters, nostalgic wallpaper, & calming and healing colors throughout. The cool white walls and tile floors provide a soothing backdrop to the pops of color via the smooth pink, green, brown, and gold accents you'll find throughout. This home will surely awaken and delight your senses.

Ideally suited for relaxing and entertaining, the open concept floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and lounging areas while flowing smoothly to the private outdoor oasis. The expansive area and high ceilings allow the sun to pour through the windows and brighten the living spaces with generous natural light and take advantage of the abundant Palm Springs sun and beautiful vistas from every room in the house.

Kick back and watch a movie or the big game on the flat screen TV from the deep-seated leather sofa. Unfortunately, the gas fireplace is non-operational at this time. Gather up and get the blender ready to mix trendy cocktails or pour a classic Palm Springs martini for some good spirits. This comfortable and casual atmosphere offers the warmth and welcome of a true poolside vacation rental home.

Your inner chef will enjoy whipping up tasty meals in this fully equipped kitchen with expansive counters, oversized waterfall island, and large appliances including 4-burner gas range, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice on the door, dishwasher, and microwave. There is no wasted space in this compact and well-stocked kitchen outfitted with pots, pans, dinnerware, barware, and cooking utensils. The adjacent modern dining area comfortably seats 6 with an additional 4 barstool chairs at the kitchen island.

Pamper yourself in one of the 2 luxurious Primary suites uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. Perfect for 2 couples that are vacationing together with their kids. The bedrooms are separated on opposite ends of the home, and each has its own bath so there's no sharing! Both bedroom sanctuaries offer brand new hospitality-quality king sized mattresses, fine linens, ample closet space, dressers, sitting area, colorful artwork, smart TVs, and access to the pool area through sliding glass doors.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths in this home with abundant natural light. Both en suite baths feature a custom tile shower with one having a soaking tub. The hall guest bath offers a large beautiful custom tile walk-in shower.

The highlight of this property is the resort-style outdoor retreat allowing you to experience the Magnificent Poolside Views along with the desert climate and lush landscaping. This home is aptly named after the majestic views of the mountains that are presiding over the yard. Lovely desert gardens abound every inch of the grounds filled with citrus trees, palm trees, ficus hedges, shrubs, and desert friendly artificial grass. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children, or furry friends.

The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the brand-new sparkling pool and spa (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. The expansive multi-level elevated deck accommodates many activities. It's the perfect spot to capture the breathtaking western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor. There are plenty of sleek modern chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of Palm Springs sunshine from the west-facing yard.

If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the patio cover, or one of the multiple umbrellas while counting sheep. After a long day of hiking or sightseeing, indulge yourself in the jetted spa to relax those head-to-toe muscles. At sunset, enjoy a romantic poolside dinner seated around the outdoor dining table under the canopy of twinkling desert stars - or enjoy cocktails and conversation gathered around the natural gas fire pit.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $100 nightly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Pre- Christmas get away

Our family had a fantastic stay in Palm Springs. This property is centrally located, a short drive to all activities & amenities. The pool, outdoor eating area and large family room were great for our group to hang out together!
