The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms.  
  
\* Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, a streaming-ready Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard and pool. The ensuite bathroom is a private retreat with a luxurious steam room and shower.  
  
\* Bedroom 2: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed.  
  
\* Bedroom 3: Includes a comfortable queen-sized bed.  
  
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom equipped with a shower featuring privacy glass.  
  
OUTDOOR OASIS:  
  
Your private backyard is a desert paradise designed for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the newly installed heated pool or unwind in the in-ground spa while enjoying beautiful mountain views. Fire up the gas BBQ for a delicious meal and dine alfresco at the 8-seat patio table. Afterward, relax in the dedicated shaded lounge area.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the private backyard with pool and spa, and the garage.   
  
\* Private Entrance: Enjoy self-check-in and complete privacy throughout your stay.  
  
\* Parking: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The garage can accommodate one large truck/van or two medium-sized cars. Additional parking is available in the driveway.

\* Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, as per the City of Palm Springs regulations.  
  
\* City Pre-Arrival Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be at the property. This must be completed prior to your arrival.  
  
\* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.  
  
\* Pool Heating: Pool heating is an optional service available for a fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this to your stay.  
  
\* For Families: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you need them.
