This 1627 sf. 3 bedroom 2 bath. condo located on the 18th fairway of the Champion golf course, is tastefully remodeled with new tile flooring, newly remodeled bathrooms and remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, new windows and sliding glass doors, and vaulted ceilings for that grand sense of scale. This condo is located in the fun Palm Valley Country Club where you can enjoy the amenities which include tennis, pickleball, an olympic size swimming pool (plus 48 pools and spas throughout the complex), on site restaurants, gym, bar and a hair/nail salon. It is like it's own resort. There are wall mounted flat screen TV's (40" to 58") in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. (65"). Free Wifi and long distance calling. There is also a sonos sound bar for all you music lovers. There is a pack and play and high chair for your use. There is a large natural gas grill on the back patio for your barbequing. There is a golf cart provided so you can drive around within the country club area.

The home is located close to shopping and numerous golf courses and restaurants. It is close to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, The Coachella Festival grounds, numerous golf courses, The Agua Caliente Casino, El Paseo Shops, The River, The Westfield Shopping Center and PGA West Golf Club.. Outstanding in every respect. We have traveled extensively and stayed at some pretty exceptional locations. Linda, by far, was the best host we’ve encountered. An Excellent Getaway
Our recent stay at this property was exactly what we hoped it would be. From the colorfully decorated interior to the breathtaking views of the mountains and golf course, every detail was perfect. The home itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped; the large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms made our stay feel like home. The patio backed onto the 18th tee and gave us wonderful views of amazing sunsets. With a heated pool and hot tub just a short walk away, we often felt like it was our own private escape. The proximity to the many golf courses and hiking trails made it convenient to enjoy the area fully. Communication with the owner was seamless. This property is a true gem, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Trip
My husband and adult sons stayed at the property for their first Palm Springs golf trip and spoke very highly of it. The location was ideal. The home was clean and had everything they needed. This was by far the cleanest and most complete vacation rental in terms of essential supplies. Beautiful golf course and Mountain View’s. Perfect location to get to Palm Springs and La Quinta along with Joshua Tree NP. Linda was a fantastic host, would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home ! Very clean, beds were comfy, had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The entire country club was also clean and all well maintained. We found Linda's listing and as we continued to search others, we kept looking back to her house (it was perfect). We contacted Linda and she responded immediately (as she did through out, when we had questions). The house was as advertised. The pool was less than 50 yards walk down the street. Very close to golf and dining. Linda provided a very detailed and easy instruction list that answered any questions that might arise (very helpful). I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Gem in the desert

A wonderful gem of a property
My wife and I had a lovely time staying at Linda's place for the holidays. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place (probably even better to be honest).
