The rooms were dirty. It was ants all in the bathroom, hair all over the place, the kitchen floor was dirty and you have to pay $70 for internet. The people upstairs from us were loud and stomping couldn’t get any sleep. I will never go back. Worst vacation ever!

Staff was excellent except for when they tried to lure us to timeshare . Food was excellent. Cabana was very nice . But I paid $150 for the Cabana, 2 days in a row, and not once did anyone check to see if we needed more ice or drinks or food. Too expensive for not receiving service. Plus wait person could have earned tips. Also, there were no smoking sections that had seats or awnings. There is plenty of room at the side of each building for a smoking area. The casinos put smoking back into their main areas because they were losing too many customers, same for resorts. Many people smoke but lie and say they dont because that's the world today. Room was beautiful and well eqipped and very comfortable. Pools were very nice except for the families that sat on the stairs and no one could enter the pool except by jumping or the ladder. An employee should have said something over the 3 hours that they were blocking the stairs. The grounds are beautiful as are the water features.

This was our 3rd stay at this Worldmark. We enjoyed it as much as the first 2 times we stayed here. Everyone goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our only complaint woukd be that one of the lifeguards at the lazy river was absent. His name is Eric, and we had become friends. We heard that he was fired. This seems very hardto believe that he could do anything to warrant getting fired? All of the amenities were top notch for the price we paid. We had an issue with the AC in our room not working, but they quickly moved us to another room and even gave us a late check out for the inconvenience.

Mooi, nieuw, schoon resort in Indio. Een gezellig familie resort. Muziek bij het zwembad en de lazy River. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, top dat er een wasmachine en droger is in het appartement. Opklapbed in een kast in de woonkamer is erg fijn, zodat de zithoek (de bank) gewoon blijft staan. Op 10 minuten rijden een Walmart, Raising Canes en nog meer eetgelegenheden. Op ongeveer 30 minuten op het oude centrum van Palm Springs.
