"En muy mal estado las instalaciones, no se ve como en las fotos, el aire acondicionado no sirve, ningún enchufe servía, no pudimos cargar los celulares, las sábanas super sucias, nos tuvimos que salir y buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos, perdimos ese dinero, que es mucho para lo que ofrece este lugar. "Staff support is lacking. The room description was not correct. I waited an hour to discuss that the room.had no mini fridge , coffee maker and microwave.
I had to insist that i booked a room.with these listed items.
Finally after showing the listing of the hotel 3 times to the manager he moved me to a superior room next to a Night Club.
He said it was closed and very quiet.
At 10pm i lived in hell until 4am
The next day i asked to move rooms and i needed a fridge. The manager refused.
