“Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back. One odd thing is that we bought the All Inclusive option, but they still gave us full checks/bills at every meal and closing out any bar service, showing the full amount "owing", which was disconcerting at first. This should have been explained to us upon checkin, and would have avoided confusion and frustration. Was fine in the end. We were not being charged. Despite being prime time (Feb 2026), it was not busy. Never……

“The beautiful landscape, lots of pools, fun entertainment.. Our room attendant never made us towel art, while the 3 other couples had some really cute ones.also it took a couple days for her to mop up the coffee spot, and the outside patio table never did get washed off. We discovered the pool with the waterfall over it, and pinky swore with Edward we would be back. He was the most friendly. The main swim up bar was too busy for the guys working to serve to smile even. I loved the view……

“We were at the Posada for 2 weeks. All inclusive. The food for a buffet was the best I think in the 20 years that we have been at Ixtapa. We have stayed at several other hotels, but we prefer the Posada. It feels more family then the others. A lot of the staff have been there for years and remembered us. We like that the hotel is small and we don't spend time waiting for the elevator. The staff are all friendly and the hotel is very clean. Highly recommend. There are two pools and since the……

“Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien”

“We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.……
