My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. “The hotel offers everything you could wish for. Great restaurant, great buffet breakfast. It also offres a pool, welness area and casino. All the staff were very friendly and well up to their task. They were helpul in every possible way, from tourist tips to arranging taxi transport. Spacious rooms were cleaned every day, and towels refreshed. “This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing.
