The apartment is located on the eighth floor with elevator of the Bosmar building, about 400 meters from restaurants, stores and supermarkets, and just 1 km from the beach of Pals. The area is quiet and pleasant, in front of a forest ideal for walks. The apartment is cozy and charming. Upon entering, a large space with an open kitchen that is separated from the living-dining area with a breakfast bar. From the living room window, a nice sea view and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air in summer and spectacular views of the forest and the sea. It has a double bedroom equipped with closets, and a bathroom with shower. The communal area is quiet and has a playground and a large swimming pool very well maintained. It also has a communal parking area.
