Access to the property is through the front door, which opens directly onto the street. Once inside, you’ll have the entire house at your complete disposal, with free use of all the spaces and amenities. We kindly ask that you follow all house rules during your stay to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. We’re always here to help with anything you need.

HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in is permitted from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM. Delays in check-out must be reported by 8:00 AM (they may result in additional charges). The keys to the apartment will be in the security box just outside the door; the code will be sent via text message the day before arrival, along with a video guide showing the exact location of the box. Upon check-out, the keys must be returned to the security box. Keys: If lost, you will be charged the cost of replacement. 2. Number of Guests / Access No guests other than those declared and registered at the time of booking are permitted. It is prohibited to host unregistered guests without authorization. 3. Quiet Hours / Respect for Neighbors Out of respect for other residents and neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Avoid disruptive noise, loud music, and shouting in common areas and inside the accommodation. Organizing parties or events is prohibited. 4. Smoking / Pets Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (if available). Otherwise, a penalty of 100 will be charged for special cleaning. Pets: (allowed / not allowed) 5. Trash / Recycling Please sort trash into the appropriate bins provided at the property. Do not leave trash in entryways, stairwells, or hallways. 6. Cleaning / Maintenance The apartment must be returned in good condition and tidy. Any damage, breakage, or leaks must be reported immediately. Do not enter the property wearing ski boots or muddy shoes. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. 7. Appliances / Systems Do not under any circumstances adjust the thermostat to lower or raise the temperature, as it has already been programmed and doing so could cause the boiler to shut down. Avoid improper use of equipment that could cause damage or excessive energy consumption. Remember to turn off the heat, lights, and close all doors and windows shortly before checking out. Keep doors and windows closed while the heating system is on. 8. Safety and Liability Check the locations of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse
