Quick check in and we were also upgraded free of charge to a suite which was amazing. At reception you can also pick up a map of the city along with other information about the area and what there is to see. Highly recommend this hotel for long or short stays.

The room and breakfast was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The facility in rooms needs some upgrades including and AC system that works, smart television, and fixing bathroom locks. Also, when we arrived they told us that parking was all reserved but we did not recevied an option to include parking when we made the reservations. We had to find parking on our own.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. Very close to casco viejo or old town and very walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to all the site seeing places in Pamplona. This was our second or third stay at the Hotel Tres Reyes and it never disappoints.
