The chic and cozy living area is outfitted with stylish furnishings that include a sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen has sleek granite counters and updated appliances alongside an adjacent dining area with seating for six. The private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

This home is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants on the Gulf Coast including Captain Anderson's, a local's favorite. You can also be at St Andrews State Park, Miracle Strip, Wonderworks, or Shipwreck Island within 5 to 10 minutes. The luxurious 30A area is a short 40 minutes to upscale dining and shopping. For boat lovers, three full-service marinas are literally within walking distance. Golf options abound with public courses at Signal Hill, Holiday, Bay Point, Hombre, and Sharks Tooth - the famous Greg Norman-designed course.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
