In the Heart of Rosemary Beach - Beach, Pool, & Shops Steps Away

Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

Location was everything
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's nice and quiet, decorated beautifully and felt very private. The location is perfect - literally steps from the beach and shops. We went for our babymoon and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely book this place again once baby is here! Thank you for letting us stay.

Fabulous Carriage House Studio
Our family of 4 enjoyed a great stay in Rosemary Beach. I know the area pretty well and this rental is in the perfect location… close to town, the Cocquina pool and the beach. Rental provided beach chairs, beach towels, two adult bikes, and laundry in the garage. Cute little patio and deck for morning coffee. Lots of special touches provided by the owner to make this a welcoming stay. The owner is wonderful and responsive to any needs or questions. We loved Moon Jewel and will be back!!!

Amazing stay
We’ve been to Rosemary a handful of times and this location was beyond perfect! I honestly don’t know if it gets any better. We had one minor hiccup at the beginning of the stay but the owner was quick to resolve with absolutely no hesitation. We most definitely will be back!

Attend a wedding.
This place was perfect for us! Short walking distance to the town center. Easy access to the beach. Great amenities - especially the hairdryer (lots of power!). Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The patio was lovely.

Perfect small space
This small space was perfect for my husband and I along with our two small children. Had everything you’d need plus a lot of extras that I haven’t seen in a beach rental before such as chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, wagon, etc. will definitely try to book this property the next time we stay in Rosemary.
