This coastal themed condo includes an updated main bedroom suite with attached full bath as well as BUNK ROOM with sliding barn door and 2nd bathroom attached!

There is plenty of room in the open concept space which includes kitchen area with eat in bar, living area and dining space! The fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks with ease. You can pull up a bar stool for a quick snack or a sit-down family meal!

Majestic Beach Resort has captured the spirit of life on the beach in the condominium resort with over 650 feet of beachfront. During your stay at here, take advantage of all the activities available on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach right outside your door. Dive into the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, take a swim at one of our many options for pools or plan other activities for the whole family. The Majestic Beach Resort includes the Market Bar which serves STARBUCKS, Edy's Ice Cream, breakfast, lunch and dinner options (March-October). Majestic Resort also offers the following amenities:

Please note: Our rentals typically book weekend to weekend (Sat/Sat)from May 31 - August 2. Pricing is based on dynamic pricing software and may vary daily. Any general communications received after business hours will be responded to the following business day.

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking and HOA required registration, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel your reservation, the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Maximum garage parking vehicle height is 7ft. Guests with vehicles over 7ft must park in open parking area.

SNOWBIRD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. Bookings during those days/months require a minimum 28 day reservation. Rates are competitive! Please inquire for more information or to customize your needs over these months!
